Curing Conditions

The recommended curing cycle involves temperatures of 120°/130°/140°/160°C with corresponding cure times of 90/60/30/10 minutes. The specific pressure should be between 0.07 and 0.4 N/mm², with heat-up and cool-down rates of 2 to 5 K/min.
Mechanical Properties
Typical mechanical properties include flexural strength and modulus, interlaminar tensile shear strength, compressive strength and modulus, climbing drum peel force, and ultimate bending load. The material also demonstrates excellent flammability and low toxicity levels, with specific optical smoke density and heat release rates within acceptable limits.
