The Wedge Barrier K12 is an optimal security solution designed for highly sensitive entry points, providing maximum protection against unauthorized vehicles of all sizes and weights. It is suitable for use in high-security areas such as embassies, government buildings, research centers, power stations, industrial plants, military sites, and airports.

Application and Function
The elkosta Wedge Barrier K12 can be installed as a standalone unit or in combination with other security products like barriers, gates, tyre killers, or bollards to form a vehicle checkpoint. It features a blocking segment that raises automatically or via a controller within 3 seconds, with an emergency option reducing this time to 1 second. The barrier is highly visible due to its warning color and optional flashing lights. When lowered, it is unobtrusive and flush with the road surface. Available in blocking widths from 2 to 4 meters, it has a blocking height of 1.2 meters and requires shallow foundations of only 400 mm, making it ideal for urban installations.
