High prevention performance for solvent contamination and migration risk on sterilization process. ABGPack solvent free products have high clarity green colored structure. This advantage indicates sealing quality for the safe usage in every step on sterilization process. Flat Reels (200m.) - All imprints are located outside the packing area to prevent ink pigment migration to the product. - T ransparent, multilayer co-polymer colored film allows easy identification. - Extra reinforced layered film to avoid tear during opening - Superior barrier with 60 gsm or 70 gsm medical pure white craft paper. - Can be easily sealed with all sealing machines. - Non-toxic accurate, process indicators for steam and EO gas conforming to the eN 867-2. - Formaldehyde (FORM) and Hydrogen peroxide (plasma) Indicator available upon request - Strong seal-strength, visible sealing lines - Clean fiber-free opening - Triple band strong seal creates three independent barriers to contamination, While reducing the risk of fiber tear - All materials comply with international standards. - Opening direction marked. - Conformity with EN 868-5, ISO 11607.
