Vertical Heat Seal Tester GBB-C Introduction The GBB-C vertical heat sealer can accurately measure heat sealing performance parameters such as heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, and heat sealing pressure of plastic packaging upright bags, paper-plastic composite upright bags, and metal composite upright bags (boxes). Different materials exhibit different heat sealing performance; by measuring these parameters, optimal heat sealing conditions can be accurately determined. Test Principle Place the sample on the lower tray of the instrument, adjust the height according to the sample size, and set the required heat-sealing temperature, time, and pressure. Start the instrument with one button, and the clamps will heat-seal the sample according to the set parameters. In manual mode, pressing the foot switch once presses the heat-sealing blade, and the heat-sealing time is determined by the time control setting.
