The whole euqipment’s structure is made of strong steel material with good explosion-proof performance. 1.5mm stainless steel Cold rolled steel is treated with plastic spray The strong hinge is connected with the machine structure with an explosion-proof lock. Marble slab is laid to prevent external short circuits of the battery A high-brightness energy-saving light is installed to illuminate the whole test space. A strong exhaust fan is installed at the back of the machine, and smoke can be discharged to the outside when there are smoke parameters. A pressure relief door is on equipment's back side which will automatically open when under high pressure. A diameter of 50mm cable port is opened on the side with stainless steel cover for sealing when it is not in use. Install casters for easy movement and fixation
