HALL EFFECT TRANSDUCER - T/TM SERIES DESCRIPTION The T and TM series transducer is best suited to the following applications: • Heating (wall heaters) • Air conditioning systems • Boiler systems ( steam) • Industrial applications The development of this transducer, which consist of a Hall sensor, is based on the concept of using a magnet to affect a semiconductor. The sensitive element in AISI moves a magnet perpendicularly located near the Hall sensor and generates a difference in potential on the opposite face of the semiconductor. As a result of this effect, an electric signal proportional to the pressure applied is obtained. The development of TM series consist of gauge indicator let to check the pressure value without electric supply. It is constructed in reinforced thermoplastic so as to withstand mechanical stress and high thermodynanic conditions. The use of ultrasound welding technology makes the bond between components uniform and stable over time, avoiding metal joints or riveting.
