ELECTRONIC VACUUM “VE” SERIES

ELECTRONIC VACUUM “VE” SERIES

ELECTRONIC VACUUM “VE” SERIES

Product catalog summary
Description
The VE series transducers are designed for optimal use in applications such as filtration, packaging, pneumatics, vacuum handling systems, and various industrial applications. These transducers utilize a Hall sensor and are constructed from reinforced technopolymer to endure mechanical stresses and high thermodynamic conditions. Ultrasonic welding technology is employed to ensure stable and homogeneous component coupling, eliminating the need for metal joints or rivets.

Operational Features
The transducers operate within a range of 0 to -1000 mbar, with an overload pressure of ≤10 bar and a breakdown pressure of >20 bar. They can handle fluid temperatures up to 80°C, or up to 110°C for thermal shocks lasting a maximum of 3 minutes, and ambient temperatures up to 90°C. They are suitable for both liquid and gas fluids.

Electrical Features
The devices require a supply of 5 Vdc (±3%) or 8-30 Vdc, with an output signal range of 0 to -1000 mbar or 0.5 to 4 Vdc, customizable upon request. Electrical absorption is less than 12mA, with a resistance load of ≥1 KΩ and a capacitance load of 100nF.

Construction Features
The transducers feature a plastic casing made from polyarylamide, with options for IEC 60695-2-12 GWFI approved materials. They include sensitive components made from AISI, seals available in EPDM, NBR, FPM, and silicone, and a programmable sensor. The connector is a RAST 2.5 (AMP duoplug type), with a protection degree of IP00 and a weight of 22 grams.

Approvals
The VE series transducers comply with EN61000-4-2, EN61000-4-3, EN61000-4-4 standards and conform to the 2002/95/EC European directive (RoHS).

Electronic Vacuum Curve
The pressure range for the electronic vacuum curve is 0.0 to -1000 mbar, with an output signal of 0.5 to 4.0 VDC.

Electrical Connections and Dimensional Patterns
Details on electrical connections and dimensional patterns are provided, ensuring proper integration into various systems.

ELECTRONIC VACUUM “VE” SERIES-1

ELECTRONIC VACUUM “VE” SERIES DESCRIPTION The VE series transducers find their optimal use in the following applications: • Filtration; • Packaging; • Pneumatics; • Vacuum handling systems; • Industrial applications Consisting of a Hall sensor, the development of this transducer is based on the concept of the solicitation of a semiconductor by means of a magnet. It is made of reinforced technopolymer in such a way as to withstand mechanical stresses and high thermodynamic conditions. The use of ultrasonic welding technology makes the coupling of the components making up the product homogeneous and stable over time, avoiding metal joints or rivets.
