Users must adhere to all instructions and warnings provided with the RPB® 4000-20™ and 4000-01™ systems, as well as those supplied with approved air respirators. Modifications to RPB® products are prohibited as they can compromise performance and void NIOSH approvals. RPB® Safety LLC disclaims liability for injuries or fatalities resulting from misuse. The 4000-01™ should not be used if ambient temperatures fall below 65˚F (21˚C).

RPB® 4000-20 Hot Air Tube Assembly:
This assembly increases the temperature of compressed breathing air by up to 30˚F (17˚C), enhancing worker comfort and productivity in cold environments. It features an airflow regulator for temperature adjustment, and all components are replaceable and maintainable. Constructed from non-toxic, durable engineering plastic, it is suitable for harsh workplace conditions.

RPB® 4000-01 Cold Air Tube Assembly:
This assembly decreases the temperature of compressed breathing air by up to 32˚F (18˚C), improving comfort and productivity in hot environments. Like the 4000-20, it includes an airflow regulator and is made from robust, non-toxic engineering plastic. All parts are replaceable and maintainable.
