MICROVIEWMINUTE INSPECTION SYSTEM Gridbots Microview is minute item inspection system for item size 1 micron to 5 mm. It is fully integrated machine vision solution for inspection of item physical properties.The system has 12 buckets for samples. Each bucket automatically comes under the camera for inspection. Inspection is done for various physical properties such as item dimensions, aspect ratio, color, transparency, fluorescence and contamination. It takes only 2 minutes for 12 buckets analysis, automatic report generation and image storage. System comes with shake table, so that if there is an overlap in the item, then the bucket automatically shake till the overlap is removed for correct reading.
