Specifications
The G20 is a cost-effective fuel cell test station designed for low power fuel cell characterization, specifically for small active area, single cell R&D testing. It operates within a power range of 0-100 Watts and includes both manual and automated pressure control options. The station is equipped with Emerald™ control software, which offers a user-friendly interface and advanced automation capabilities through a flexible scripting language.

Features
The G20 includes three levels of safety interlocks: hard-wired, factory software, and user-configurable software interlocks. Additional safety features include an N² purge, H² sensor, manual emergency stop, and an optional safety enclosure. The design is compact, suitable for bench top use, and includes a computer and widescreen monitor.

Options and Capabilities
Optional configurations are available for high-temperature PEM research and additional fuel cell hardware. The station supports manual humidifier by-pass with optional automated valves, and manual pressure control with optional automation. Additional options include EIS instruments, high current load banks, and DMFC versions.

Technical Specifications
The G20 supports a standard anode flow range of 0.01 - 1 nlpm and a cathode flow range of 0.025 - 2.5 nlpm. It uses gas immersion with sparger technology for humidification, with dew point control up to 90˚C and gas temperature up to 110˚C. The load bank can handle a maximum load of 300 Watts, 80 Amps, and 50 Volts. The dimensions are approximately 635 x 546 x 788 mm.
