Specifications: The test station supports fuel gas blending, automated nitrogen safety purge, and multiple furnace configurations. It is capable of handling liquid fuels like gasoline or diesel and offers multistage gas preheating options with electric or natural gas pre-heating. The system includes heat reclamation and exhaust treatment options, along with various humidification choices.

Gas Flow and Mixing: The anode and cathode flow ranges are customer-definable with a 20:1 turndown ratio. The system can mix up to seven gases and includes dew point control for gas humidification.

Pressure and Heating Control: The pressure control range is 0 to 300 kPa, and the gas pre-heating can be done using electric or natural gas heaters.

Safety and Diagnostics: The station features hard-wired interlocks, nitrogen purge, manual emergency stop, and hydrogen and carbon monoxide detection. Diagnostic options include Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and current interrupt methods.
