Both modifications involve a process where medical waste is loaded into the incinerator, ensuring no flue gases escape. The incineration process is intensified by continuous air supply and a stirrer. In Modification B, additional cleaning processes occur, including catalytic and chemical reactions, bag filtering, and adsorption filtering.
Automation and Control
The complex is fully automated and can be controlled remotely by a single user. It features a PLC GREENEX ECO control system that monitors various parameters such as temperature, fuel levels, and emissions.

The ECO-100.Mobile complex operates 24/7 with a maintenance requirement of at least 240 hours annually. It has a productive capacity of 100 kg/hour, with minimal ash residue. The system consumes up to 1.25 liters of diesel fuel per hour and requires two service personnel per shift.
