Design and Compatibility
The microphone is compatible with the G.R.A.S. ¼" high impedance preamplifier Type 26CG. It features a mounting thread compatible with WS2P/F microphone preamplifiers. The microphone is constructed from non-corrosive, stainless materials for durability in harsh environments.
Compliance and WarrantyAll G.R.A.S. microphones comply with IEC 1094 standards for
measurement microphones. They are guaranteed for 5 years and come with individual calibration charts.
Physical Dimensions- Length with protection grid: 16.2 mm; without: 15.3 mm
- Diameter with protection grid: 13.2 mm; without: 12.7 mm
- Weight: 9 g (0.32 oz)
Environmental Specifications- Temperature range: –40 °C to +70 °C
- Humidity range: 0–100% RH (non-condensing)

Performance Characteristics
The microphone is designed to minimize the effects of its presence in the sound field at low frequencies. At higher frequencies, diffraction effects are compensated to ensure a flat frequency response for 0º incidence. Figures provided illustrate frequency response and corrections for various angles of incidence.
