They offer great chemical and thermal resistance, high recovery and compressibility, low sulfur content, and are suitable for oxidizing media. They ensure blow-out safety, low leakage, anti-sticking properties, and fire safety.
Specifications
Hexaflex sheets come in various grades and thicknesses, with options for tanged or plain steel reinforcement. The sheets are available in dimensions of 1000x1000 mm or 1500x1500 mm.

These sheets are suitable for power generation, petrochemical, oil, and gas industries, as well as high-temperature and chemical equipment.
Operating Range
The temperature range for Hexaflex sheets is from -195°C to 450°C, and up to 650°C in water steam.

- Ash content: <0.15% to <2%

- Compressibility: >35% to >40%
- Recoverability: >5% to >10%
- Weight loss at 670°C: <1% to <12% per hour
