CNC CLAMP FEEDERS
The CNC Clamp Feeders “ANM-E” series features a maximum width of 1260 mm and a minimum width of 790 mm. The stroke ranges from 0 to 1260 mm, with a capability of 12 strokes per minute at a length of 1200 mm. The frame stroke is 820 mm, and both the mobile and fixed clamp pressures are 368 daN. The clamp stroke for both mobile and fixed clamps is 2.5 mm, and the pushing torque of the screw is 6 Nm. The feeding accuracy is ± 0.05, while the width regulation and frame positioning accuracies are ± 0.1. The required air pressure is 5 bar.
The ANM-E series includes pneumatic feeders suitable for widths up to 1200 mm, press safety valves from the MEP-A series, and single and double decoilers with a load capacity ranging from 300 to 3000 kg. These feeders can be directly mounted onto the die.
The ANM-E electronic feeders are equipped with a brushless motor and a screw drive, allowing for programmable strokes, speed, acceleration, and deceleration via CNC, tailored to the material type. The control board enables programming of the feeding stroke, frame positioning relative to the press bench, and the distance between clamps. Additionally, a control system is available for programming actuators in the die according to feeding strokes. Customization options are available for stroke, dimensions, and speed to meet client production requirements.
