3171 Designed to Meet (or Exceed) Today’s Tough Environmental Requirements Installed in 1988 on hydrocarbon waste sump service, this 3171 was easily retrofitted with vapor-proof construction including a ferrofluidic seal to meet tougher EPA emission requirements.
