The operator loads the rim manually onto the rollers, which rotate the rim during shotblasting. The rim guides are adjustable so that the rims of different dimensions can be shotblasted. The machine is equipped with 2 ir-320 blasting wheels, which are installed at different angels. One blasting wheel moves, which makes shotblasting even more efficient. Machines’ housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. High efficiency of the machine is enabled by the continuous abrasive handling and reclamations system for continued returning and cleaning of blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials.
