All machines feature a blasting wheel diameter of 380 mm. The blasting wheel power varies, with VZ-C-450x1600 and VZ-L-250x300 having 2 x 37 kW, VZ-C-150x350 having 2 x 30 kW, and VZ-L-350x500 having 4 x 37 kW. The passing speed ranges from 0.5 to 8.0 m/min depending on the machine.

Transport Systems
Different transport systems are used: longitudinal rollers with drag chain for VZ-C models, a belt conveyor for VZ-L-250x300, and a roller conveyor for VZ-L-350x500.

Advantages and Features
The machines offer automated springs loading/unloading, controlled shot peening process with Almen testing, and continuous through-feed operation. They are designed for energy saving, reduced abrasive consumption, and minimized maintenance and production downtime.
