The perforated steel composite plastic pipe (PSP) technology is one professional industrial product which was published by Goldstone in 2001. The pipe is reinforced by a steel welding tube with perforations on its body. The inner and outer plastic layers are joined and locked through those holes. Due to the fusion of the inner and outer layers through the multitude of holes, the Goldstone’s PSP pipe has none of the issues of inner layer separation with steel that can occur on other steel liner pipes. The pipe is as rigid as a steel tube, but also has the good corrosive proof ability like the plastic pipe. Therefore PSP pipe provides the good rigid and ring stiffness, good longitudinal tensile strength; as well it can against inside negative pressure and works in high temperature, performance like a steel pipe. So it can be applied in many industries fields working in very difficult conditions as one of the ideal pipelines.
