Product catalog summary
Introduction to Goldstone Reinforce Pipe Technology
Goldstone SRTP/SRPE technology involves the use of steel wire reinforced polyethylene pipes. The technology focuses on creating a reinforced structure with a bonding layer to ensure the integration of steel and polyethylene materials, preventing cracks and leaks.

Reinforced Structure with Bonding Layer
The steel wire used is a high-strength cord pre-coated with bonding resin. This wire is wound onto an HDPE core-tube and passed through a heat oven and extrusion dies to apply an adhesive and polyethylene layer. This process results in a composite plastic pipe with a secure bonding interface, addressing common issues of material separation and cracking under stress.

Specifications
The document provides a detailed table of pipe specifications, including diameter (DN), wall thickness, pressure rating (PN), and material weights for HDPE, adhesive, and steel cord. The table highlights the total weight per meter for various pipe sizes, indicating a 10% variation in material weight based on properties.

SRTP Pipe Machinery
The document outlines the available machinery models for producing SRTP pipes, specifying the pipe sizes, annual output, and installation power required for each model. The models range from GS/PE-110 to GS/PE-1000, with varying capacities and power requirements.

Goldstone Reinforced Polyethylene Pipe Extrusion Line SRTP for Water Supply 02-1

Goldstone SRTP / SRPE Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Pipe Technology Reinforced Structure with Bonding Layer The reinforced steel wire is a high sthrength cord which is pre-coated with bonding resin. Winding the steel wires on the HDPE core-tube online, and pass through the heat oven and extrusion dies to coat the additional adhesive layer and a polyethylene layer covered on the wire mesh, and then we can get a kind of excellent composite plastic pipe. For some other kinds of steel reinforced polyethylene pipes, the most serious problem is that there is none bonding interface between steel and plastic, so the two different materials are not combined into an integration. The crack will happen at the boundary of the two different materials under the circumstance temperature stress and inner pressure stress. And if the cutting section of pipe is not sealed well, the water can enter inside the composite layers then break the pipe from inner layer under the low pressure. Our new technology has provided a safe bonding interface between steel and polyethylene which gives a better solution. Goldstone Reinforce Pipe Technology
