Large Diameter Steel Reinforced Corrugated Plastic Pipe Since 2004, the large diameter steel reinforced polyethylene corrugated pipe has been developed by Goldstone based on the normal polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe. The pipe uses the innovated steel-plastic composite structures, reinforced by high strength steel ribs then can get a good solution for sewage and drainage that the pure plastic pipe cannot provided. The diameter of the pipe is from 300 mm(12inch) till 3000 mm(120inch). The obvious advantage of the new composite pipe is the high stiffness and low cost if compared with the universal buried plastic sewage pipe. The pipe ring stiffness reached SN8 (63PSI) to SN16 (126PSI), which is a surprised value.
