System Description: The VISCORobo includes a die swell tester and optional melt strand cutter for improved test reproducibility. The system automates die exchange and sample feed, including cleaning and discharge of tested material. Weights for Melt-Flow-Ratio Tests range from 2.16 to 21.6 kg and are automatically managed.

Capacity and Handling: The system can handle up to 34 test samples and dies with lengths between 2 to 30 mm. A high-temperature oven can clean up to 16 dies simultaneously, using a "first in - first out" delivery system. Five silos with 1.5-liter capacity each are available for reference samples.

Software Control: The VISCORobo is controlled by integrated software modules under Windows OS. VRMain manages samples, dies, and reference magazines, while WinRHEO serves as the user interface for data evaluation and handling.
