The slitter rewinders of the MEC series work with an overlapping twin-shaft axial rewinding concept. GOEBEL IMS offers a full machine range, starting with the entry-level model MEC 2 that features a shafted unwinding unit integrated into the main frame with full width hinged nip rollers (no turret). Additional features are added gradually with each model, up to the advanced MEC 7.
