The AZ 7 is a highly productive slitter rewinder with independent rewind stations for reels of large diameters. The machine combines an axial driven center-surface winding concept with a controlled contact force on the central winding drum. The change of slitting sizes as well as the reel loading and unloading can be effected very quickly and easily thanks to features like turret unwinders, unique slitting units and the automatic positioning of winding arms with independent motors.
