Overview of RTP Foam System
The RTP (Round-the-Pump) Foam System is compatible with Hale Products Europe's World Series, GM, GV, Diesel 5300, and 6500 L/min pump ranges. It can induce up to 120 liters per minute of foam compound into the pump, suitable for Protein, Fluoroprotein, and Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) compounds. The system is compact, self-contained, and mounted on the pump suction tube and volute.

Specifications
The induction rate is adjustable via a control knob with calibrated markings from 0 to 120 liters per minute. The system is designed to minimize corrosion, with materials compatible with the main pump. For light alloy pumps, components are made from aluminum alloy, while bronze pumps use gunmetal components.

Operation
The RTP system is simple to operate. By opening the driving water valve and adjusting the foam flow-regulation knob, the correct foam volume is introduced into the water stream at the pump's suction eye. It operates effectively with main pump pressures between 5 – 15 bar. For pressurized suction operations, further consultation with Hale Products Europe is advised.

Foam Supply
Foam compound can be supplied to the inductor from a free-standing tank or a vehicle-mounted tank. The system is suitable for use when the pump is operating from a vehicle tank, free-standing tank, open water, or a pressure-fed source.
