Overview: The Foam Master RTP Foam Proportioning System is designed to deliver a consistent water/foam solution with guaranteed foam percentages, regardless of water flow rate. It is compatible with the World Series range of vehicle-mounted pumps and can provide 3% or 6% Class B foam content.

Specifications: The system operates effectively with water flow rates ranging from 200 to 3000 liters per minute. It can be supplied from either an internal foam tank or an external foam container. Foam content is adjusted by opening ball valves in the foam concentrate supply line, with the 6% level achieved by opening two 3% valves.

Functionality: The Foam Master RTP is based on the round-the-pump foam system (RTP), which diverts water from the pump body back to the suction tube, inducing a constant percentage of foam concentrate into the water flow. This ensures the correct foam percentage is maintained independent of the water flow rate.

Performance Parameters: The system maintains foam content accuracy within +/-20% for water flow rates between 200 to 400 liters per minute and within +/-10% for flows greater than 400 liters per minute up to 3000 liters per minute.

Compatibility: The system is suitable for all commercially available protein fluorocarbon and aqueous film-forming compounds.
