X1 Series Features
The X1 Series offers a comprehensive range of interfaces for universal marshalling in limited spaces, including pass-through, galvanic isolators, converters, relays, and intrinsically safe modules. It is designed for high-risk industries, meeting challenging functional safety (SIL) requirements and harsh environmental conditions. The series reduces maintenance and installation efforts, with a smaller cabinet footprint and flexible spare channels.

Certifications and Safety
The X1 Series is pending certifications for universal integrated marshalling. It features polarization keys to prevent module misplacement and a gateway that identifies each module's unique ID and characteristics. The series is SIL3 and SIL2 certified according to IEC61508, ensuring high reliability and system uptime. It supports multiple industrial protocols and allows remote access for configuration and monitoring.

Design and Installation
The compact design reduces cabinet utilization and costs. Installation and maintenance are facilitated by innovative system characteristics. Modules are available for all field signal types, both analog and digital, with safety relays. The board can be installed in Zone 2 / Div 2, and solutions for 8 or 16 channel I/O cards can be customized.

Technical Specifications
The series operates within a -40/+70°C range, with high thermal efficiency. It includes a redundant 24Vdc power supply and features a two-step lever retention mechanism for secure module attachment. The front panel has multicolor LEDs for power and status indication, and modules are color-coded for easy identification.

Models and Configurations
The X1 Series includes both intrinsically safe (IS) and non-intrinsically safe (NIS) models, with various configurations for analog and digital inputs/outputs, temperature, and universal modules. All models are isolated except for NIS-PAS, and they can be mixed on the same board for desired I/O configurations.
