Will ensure a smooth flow for your fluid and particularly useful for use with shear sensitive fluids such as paints, polymers, latex solutions, sauces, slurries etc.  Models with discharge sizes from 1/4" to 3"  Simple, reliable design and quick installation  Easy maintenance  Bodies available in a full range of chemically resistant materials  Available ATEX certified models ® RAN Pulsation Dampeners reduces product agitation, foaming, splashing and degradation of product. Also, reduces overall energy cost with continuous flow, rather than start/ stop flow. Working Principle 1. Pumped liquid fills the bottom of the dampener and pushes the diaphragm upward. 2. When the fluid pressure falls, air valve transfer the supplied air to the air side of the diaphragm. This pressure pushes down the diaphragm and regulates the fluid flow. Air pressure must be set lower than the fluid outlet pressure. 3.When the fluid pressure rises, diaphragm moves upwards. This cycle contiuous in this way. www
