f “ Generalita II Multi-Sensor Tester e uno strumento realizzato per la messa a punto ed il controllo degli attuatori in genere. Esso infatti ingloba in un unico dispositivo un cronometro, un tester per sensori analogici e digitali, un rilevatore di picco, un conta cicli e un conta impulsi. Tali funzionalita sono state inserite al fine di monitorare il tempo ciclo e le vibrazioni dell'attuatore. Difatti collegando alle morsettiere A e B due sensori di prossimita e possibile, oltre che testarli, monitorare i tempi caratteristici (istantaneo, medio, max, min, ecc...) ed il numero di cicli del sistema. A mezzo della funzione rilevazioni di picco possiamo inoltre far lavorare in condizioni ottimali di moto l'attuatore monitorandone i livelli di vibrazione istantanei. Ottimizzato il ciclo possiamo eseguire test di durata con la funzione conta impulsi. Ogni valore e visualizzato sullo schermo LCD retro-illuminato dotato di funzione Zoom, Power Safe e Auto Spegnimento. Il tutto e fornito in una valigetta comprensiva dello strumento, due sensori di prossimita magnetici con adattatori, un sensore di vibrazioni analogico, l'alimentatore per i test di vita e due batterie per le messe a punto sul campo. \ General features The Multi-Sensor Tester is a tool for regulating and checking actuators. It is a single device incorporating a chronometer, a tester for analog and digital sensors, a peak detector, a cycle counter and a pulse counter. These functions have been included to monitor cycle time and actuator vibrations. In practice, by connecting two proximity sensors to the terminal blocks A and B, it is possible to test them and monitor characteristic times (instantaneous, average, max, min, etc.), as well as the number of system cycles. Furthermore, with the peak detection function it is possible to operate the actuator in optimum motion conditions, and monitor instantaneous vibration levels. Once the cycle has been optimized, endurance tests can be carried out with the pulse counter function. Each value is displayed on the back-lit LCD screen equipped with Zoom, Power Safe and Auto Power-Off functions. Everything is supplied in a box including the tool, two magnetic proximity sensors with adapters, an analog sensor for vibrations, the power supply unit for endurance tests and two batteries for field adjustments. E’ possibile testare sensori tipo PNP; NPN; 2 fili a contato pulito e Analogici collegandoli opportunamente alle morsettiere. PNP, NPN, 2-wire dry contact and analog sensors can be tested by connecting them suitably to the terminal boards. c rAvvio Per accendere lo strumento tenere premuto il tasto OK (5 sec) e apparira il logo GIMATIC. Selezionare il tipo di sensore collegato ad ogni morsettiera ed entrare nel menu funzioni. Se si lavora solamente con un sensore mettere in OFF la morsettiera che non si utilizza. Press OK (5 sec) to switch ON the tool and the Gimatic logo will be displayed on the screen.
