Il Multi-Sensor Tester è uno strumento realizzato per la messa a punto ed il controllo degli attuatori in genere. Esso infatti ingloba in un unico dispositivo un cronometro, un tester per sensori analogici e digitali, un rilevatore di picco, un conta cicli e un conta impulsi. Tali funzionalità sono state inserite al fine di monitorare il tempo ciclo e le vibrazioni dell’attuatore. Difatti collegando alle morsettiere A e B due sensori di prossimità è possibile, oltre che testarli, monitorare i tempi caratteristici (istantaneo, medio, max, min, ecc…) e il numero di cicli del sistema. A mezzo della funzione rilevazioni di picco possiamo inoltre far lavorare in condizioni ottimali di moto l’attuatore monitorandone i livelli di vibrazione istantanei. Ottimizzato il ciclo possiamo eseguire test di durata con la funzione conta impulsi. Ogni valore è visualizzato sullo schermo LCD retro-illuminato dotato di funzione Zoom, Power Safe e Auto Spegnimento. Il tutto è fornito in una valigetta comprensiva dello strumento, due sensori di prossimità magnetici con adattatori, un sensore di vibrazioni analogico, l’alimentatore per i test di vita e due batterie per le messe a punto sul campo. The Multi-Sensor Tester is an instrument designed to adjust and check actuators. It is a single device incorporating a chronometer, a tester for analogue and digital sensors, a peak detector, a cycle counter and a pulse counter. These functions have been inserted in order to monitor the cycle time and vibrations of the actuator. In fact, by connecting two proximity sensors to the terminal blocks A and B, it is possible not just to test them but also to monitor the characteristic times (instantaneous, average, max, min, etc….), as well as the cycle number of the system. In addition, using the peak detection function we can also operate the actuator in optimum motion condition, monitoring the instantaneous vibration levels. Once the cycle has been optimized, endurance tests can be carried out with the pulse counter function. Each value is displayed on the LCD screen illuminated on the back and equipped with the Zoom, Power Safe and Self-Off functions. Per accendere lo strumento tenere premuto il tasto OK (5 sec) e apparira il logo GIMATIC. Selezionare il tipo di sensore collegato ad ogni morsettiera ed entrare nel menu funzioni.
