• Optional magnetic sensors are available for position feedback.
• Available with Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO) spring options upon request.

Mechanical Dimensions and Mounting

The document provides detailed dimensional data in millimeters, including sensor seats and air connection points, ensuring compatibility with various mounting configurations. Key dimensions include:

• Body diameters and lengths with tight tolerances (e.g., B3 ±0.02 mm, B4 ±0.02 mm)
• Mounting hole sizes and positions (e.g., M4 and M5 threaded holes)
• Sensor seat and air inlet locations for easy integration

Applications and Recommendations

The PRP1806 is suitable for automation systems requiring precise gripping combined with rotary positioning. Its compact size, fast cycle times, and integrated sensor options make it ideal for robotic tooling, pick-and-place operations, and assembly lines.

Best Practices:

• Use filtered compressed air to ensure longevity and performance.
• Consider lubrication based on application requirements.
• Choose sensor options to enable accurate position monitoring.
• Verify mounting dimensions carefully to ensure proper installation.
