Overview

This document provides technical specifications and product details for pneumatic nippers and their components from Gimatic, focusing on fingers (gripping parts) compatible with GN pneumatic nippers.

Product Specifications

Key Parameters: All models operate within a pneumatic pressure range of 2 to 5 bar. Finger styles are categorized as either wide or narrow, affecting gripping characteristics. Weights vary from 137 g to 200 g depending on model and finger style.

Product Components and Terminology

• Fingers: The gripping parts of the pneumatic nippers, available in different widths to suit various applications.
• Pressure Range: Operating pneumatic pressure required for optimal function (2 to 5 bar).
• Spannbacken (Clamping Jaws): German term referenced for the jaws of pneumatic cutting pliers, indicating the document includes multilingual terminology.
• Additional Components: The document references related product categories such as rotary units, quick changers, profiles and holders, suspensions, linear actuators, grippers, sensors, robot kits, and options, indicating a broad product ecosystem.

Recommendations and Usage Notes

Selection of finger style (wide or narrow) should be based on the specific gripping requirements of the application. Operating pressure must be maintained within the specified 2 to 5 bar range to ensure proper function and longevity of the pneumatic nippers.
