UV LEDs Filter & Spectral Radiometers for UV LED Characterization BTS2048-UV UV Spectroradiometer Both the BTS2048-UV-S and BTS2048-UV can be directly coupled to integrating spheres eliminating the need for unstable fiber light guides. The BTS2048-UV is a versatile high-end UV array spectroradiometer whose high linearity enables extremely fast measurements. Its fully linearized 2048 pixel backthinned CCD with thermoelectric cooling allows integration times from 2 µs to 60 s. This enables precise measurements of UV LEDs over a broad intensity range. The BTS2048-UV couples directly to Gigahertz-Optik integrating spheres eliminating the need for fiber optic coupling thereby reducing measurement uncertainties. Through many years of experience and its well-equipped DAkkS calibration laboratory (D-K-15047-01-00), Gigahertz-Optik is able to offer traceable calibrations down to 200 nm. Unique hand-held UV radiometer with built-in integrating sphere for measuring the spectral radiant power of UV LEDs. No more guesswork determining the peak wavelength or spectral power distribution of your UV LED using the BTS256LED-UV power meter. With its BiTec Sensor and built-in integrating sphere just ensure all of the UV signal enters the 10 mm Ø cone adapter input optic and display the power and spectra using the supplied software. The BTS256-LEDUV measures over the spectral range starting at 200 nm 600 nm. Auxiliary lamp for self-absorption correction under software control included. Comprised of one or more photodiodes each with an appropriate optical bandpass filter, diffuser or other optical elements tailored to a specific UV measurement application. It consists of a compact multi-diode detector, meter and proprietary algorithm working together and is unique in that it self-corrects for any spectral mismatch to yield he lowest measurement uncertainty. The MDC4-1-UV spectral response covers 220-400nm. The MDC4-1-UV/Blue from 300 - 700 nm. Integrating Sphere Spectroradiometer for fluorescence-free total spectral radiant power measurement of UV LEDs Fluorescence can be an error source when measuring UV LEDs <250 nm. A UV lamp mounted on the 100 mm Ø TFUV10 integrating sphere is used to suppress this effect. A research grade BTS2048-UV spectroradiometer provides spectral power measurement capability from 200 - 550 nm with 1nm resolution. Also the system includes an auxiliary lamp for self-absorption correction. Note that either barium sulfate or ODM synthetic sphere coatings are available. 30W Deuterium lamp with housing, targeting jig and optional LPS-D-30 lamp power supply.
