The LDM-9811 is a light detector designed for radiation protection, specifically measuring radiance to assess blue light and retinal thermal hazards to the human eye. Viewer Module and Alignment
The LDM-9811 includes a viewfinder with a cross-hair targeting aid for precise alignment and focusing on the measurement zone. The measurement distance ranges from 0.3m to infinity.
Detectors and Calibration
Three types of PD-16 detectors are available for different hazard measurements: PD-16BLH for blue light hazard, PD-16RTH for retinal thermal hazard, and PD-16RTHA for retinal thermal hazard IR-A. Calibration is traceable and performed by Gigahertz-Optik GmbH, ensuring accurate responsivity data.
