Thus 10 relevant measuring points can be measured and evaluated simultaneously. Optionally, the system can be expanded with additional particle sensors. The sensor data are processed and analyzed in the HUB-GM100. Simultaneously particles of the size PM1.0, PM 2.0, PM 4.0 and PM10.0 are recorded in concentration and frequency. Data can be transferred via cable or wireless to the IT environment or even to a cloud environment. Thanks to the standard interfaces, the HUB-GM100 can also be connected to existing machines and systems in order to correlate additional production data (including temperature, humidity and air pressure). An intuitive user interface is available for visualization and operation. Both live and historical data can be accessed here.
