DESCRIPTION The complete system „eSYS“ from the product family „Smart4Hub“ is especially developed for applications in the industry 4.0 environment and can be installed in a separate housing without any modifications on the machine. Unlike conventional systems, the system has the possibility to connect up to 12 current sensors. Thus 12 relevant current patterns can be measured and evaluated simultaneously. The sensor data is processed in the HUB-EN100 and analyzed in the HUB-GM100. Data can be transferred via cable or wireless to the IT environment or even to a cloud environment. Thanks to the standard interfaces, the HUB-EN100 can also be connected to existing machines and systems to correlate additional production data. An intuitive user interface is available for visualization and condition. Both live and historical data can be accessed here. The eSYS is DIN Rail mountable.
