General Machine Parameters

• Cutting Capacity (C): Ranges from 0.5 mm up to 30 mm depending on the machine model.
• Bevel Angle (α): Adjustable between 10° and 80°, with some models specifying 15°-45° for certain operations.
• Rotation Speed (n): Varies from 2,000 rpm to 8,000 rpm depending on the machine and operation.
• Power (P): Machines are powered between 2.8 kW and 7.5 kW.
• Weight (wt): Machine weights range from 450 kg to 850 kg.
• Maximum Thickness (tmax): Up to 100 mm.
• Bevel Width (mmB): Values include 200 mm, 400 mm, and 500 mm depending on the model.

Specific Machine Models and Features

• Basic Models (700, 800, 900, 1000 series): Cutting capacities from 0.5-10 mm, bevel angles 30°-60°, speeds around 3,000 rpm, power 5.5 kW, weights approx. 450-850 kg.
• Bevel Milling Machines (mm series): Capable of cutting bevel widths from 1-30 mm, bevel angles 10°-80°, radius 2-15 mm, speeds 2,300-8,000 rpm, power 2.8-7.5 kW, voltage 230 V or 380 V.
• MMA 460 and MMA 680 Models: Equipped with frequency converters (2.2 kW), arms with pull-out lengths of 700+400 mm and 1,000+500 mm respectively, and rotatable consoles. MMA 460 uses SMA 60-HF, MMA 680 uses SMA 80-HF.

Additional Features and Options

• Optional welding table and magnet clamping plate available for enhanced functionality.
