Introduction
The EASYDOS PRO is the next generation of controllers designed for continuous feeding processes. It offers high accuracy, user-friendliness, and resistance to disturbances, supporting various weighing applications such as loss-in-weight, belt weighing, and batch weighing.

Enclosure and Power Supply
The controller features a modern enclosure design with a graphics panel window and a hygienic front panel. It is compatible with existing EASYDOS fixings and operates on a single 24 Volt DC power supply. The design includes isolated power supplies and an extended operating temperature range.

Configuration
Application programs and configurations can be uploaded or downloaded from a PC or USB memory stick. Configuration data can be exported in XML format, and display messages are stored in onboard serial flash memory.

Electronics Design
The controller uses a 32-bit ARM microcontroller with flash memory, additional external serial flash memory, and a Spartan III FPGA for graphics display. It features a monochrome LCD graphics panel, primary load cell input with high resolution, expanded digital I/O, and support for USB memory sticks. Optional modules for ProfiBus DP, Ethernet, Ethernet/IP, and analogue inputs/outputs are available.
