The machine is built with a monobloc "T"-shaped frame, featuring a table and grinding head supported by "V" and flat slides. These slides are meticulously machined, ground, leveled, and hand-scraped for precise geometry. Counter-slides are continuously lubricated and covered with Turcite to prevent stick-slip effects. A digital motor directly drives the ball screw for rapid response and precise axis positioning.
