GeoFlex Exhaust HT-1100
The GeoFlex Exhaust HT1100 is a high-temperature hose designed for industrial applications involving the extraction or supply of hot air, fumes, smoke, or dust. It is particularly suitable for extracting exhaust gases from large machinery such as combines or excavators, as well as air from heaters.
The hose is constructed with three layers: an inner ply of high-temperature stainless steel fabric, a middle ply of high-temperature insulation fabric, and an outer ply of PU-coated high-temperature fabric reinforced with woven-in stainless steel wire. The hose is silver-grey in color.
The standard length of the hose ranges from 1 to 10 meters, with special lengths available upon request.
The hose can withstand temperatures from -60°C to +900°C, with brief exposure up to 1100°C.
It is used for spark extraction, suction of exhaust gases, flue gas extraction, and the suction of other hot fumes, gases, or dust across various industrial fields.
