Decrusting Machine The BS 20 decrusting machine was designed for removing the bread crusts on all sides on rectangular white bread loaves. First, the crust is cut off on the sides by the first pair of band blades, then it is rotated 90°. The second pair of band blades removes the remaining crusts. The cutting speed is continuously adjustable to fit the product. The BS 20 decrusting machine is optimally suited to be combined with the GHD slicing machines. Non-binding suggested set-up drawing.
