High Capacity Pressure Regulators (Series HC)
The Generant Series HC High Capacity Pressure Regulators are designed for industrial applications requiring robust, high-flow regulation. They feature a durable all-metallic body and spring chambers, suitable for both liquid and gas services, and are available in relieving and non-relieving configurations.
- 3/8" and 1/2" regulators are fully balanced to maintain constant delivery pressure despite inlet pressure changes. 1/4" regulators are non-balanced.
- Available in relieving or non-relieving configurations.
- Optimized spring performance and patented Venturi tube for high flow rates with low droop.
- Easily cleanable by removing the bottom plug.
- Optional plastic knob and panel mounting configurations.

Initial set pressures at 1 SCFM flow are 50 PSIG for A, 85 PSIG for B, and 150 PSIG for C. The dotted line on the flow curve represents a 10% decrease in outlet pressure from the setpoint (droop).

All regulators come with two 1/4" NPT pipe plugs supplied finger tight. Final installation is the responsibility of the end user. Proper component selection considering system design, material compatibility, and pressure ratings is crucial for safe performance.
