Advanced Design
The FL3100/3101/3110/3111 models contain a phototube responsive to 185-260 nanometer radiation. The UV portion is combined with a pyroelectric detector for high discrimination of infrared radiation changes. The FL3102 and FL3112 models use Digital Frequency Analysis (DFA) to analyze high and low frequencies, discriminating against false alarms.

System Approvals
The flame detectors have universal product approvals including CSA, FM, ATEX, and CE Marking. They are suitable for SIL 2/3 applications.
