ENGINEERING RELIABILITY IN ELECTRONICS General Description The Gen3 Systems Type 1001 drying cabinet is a free standing two door unit designed for air drying conformally coated printed circuit boards (PCBs). To protect them from contamination during the drying process and to assist in removing excess solvents in the curing process from the coating room/environment. The unit incorporates individually adjustable cross rods for the suspension of PCBs in the drying area. Intrinsically safe extraction is connected to a 150mm (6") diameter x 150mm (6") high spigot on the top of the drying cabinet. Air is drawn into the cabinet via gratings on either side of the cabinet protected by gauze filters. Heated cabinets can also be provided, where necessary. For in-line process systems integral conveyor ovens are available. Dimensions External Options Additional cross rods and end rails. Integral instrinsically safe extraction unit. Erection and commissioning. The unit comes flat packed for ease of transport and can be fully assembled within one hour. N.B.
