Machining and coating technology Whenever valves with high-quality corrosion protection are required, the right coating method can have a decisive influence on product quality. For this reason, at GEMÜ we place considerable importance on our high level of vertical integration. In our state-of-the-art machining centre at GEMÜ Valves China, casting blanks are mechanically processed in-house. The most notable feature here is that our valve bodies and butterfly discs are milled in one clamping position. This allows us to achieve precise shape and positional tolerances for our butterfly valves....

Technical consultation and service range The correct installation and predictive maintenance of valves, measurement and control components are important prerequisites for efficient operation and optimum operating cycles for a plant.
