PLANER MACHINE MOD. ESTIA-5
The planer is designed for the simultaneous removal of the top and bottom of a cheese wheel. The product is manually loaded onto the table, and the upper structure descends to meet the product. A hydraulic pusher then pushes the cheese against the upper and lower blades, performing the planing operation. Waste is ejected into designated containers, and the finished product is unloaded onto an exit roller.
