The powertrainhone Z is a modular honing machine that integrates the advantages of Z-machines with the PT-product line. It is designed for flexible manufacturing, allowing the complete honing process to occur within one unit. The machine features three machining stations for efficient honing and short cycle times, adaptable for three or four cylinders. A rotary table facilitates the movement of workpieces through the stations, supporting various loading processes like gantry and roller conveyor systems.

• Operator Accessibility: The machine includes a moveable operator panel for optimal oversight and accessibility, with a user-friendly Gehring Operator Panel (GOP) and program assistant for simplified operation.
