PPS / PPS-40GF PPS Le polyphénylène sulfure appartient aux matériaux partiellement cristallins et offre une capacité de rendement mécanique très élevée, alliée à une excellente résistance thermique et chimique (résiste à des températures d’utilisation en continu pouvant atteindre env. +150 °C), une stabilité dimensionnelle et une résistance au fluage élevées. Le LOI est l’un des plus performants parmi les polymères. L’excellente dureté et rigidité constituent des caractéristiques supplémentaires du PPS. Il comble la lacune existent entre les plastiques techniques patiellement cristallins et le PEEK par sa solidité et son caractère économique. Propriétés : • Solidité et dureté très élevées • Rigidité élevée • Résistance élevée à la déformation thermique • Grande stabilité dimensionnelle • Stabilité chimique très élevée • Très bonnes propriétés d’isolation électrique • Résistance élevée aux intempéries • Résistance élevée à l’hydrolyse sur types non renforcés Exemples d’application : Composants pour la construction d’appareils, pièces de pompes, pièces de ventilateurs, roues mobiles, billes de soupapes, composants pour le secteur automobile et des carburants. PPS-40GF Le renforcement de 40% fibre de verre permet de réaliser une solidité comparable à celle de métaux légers. Résiste à des températures d’utilisation en continu pouvant atteindre env. + 240 °C. PPS NEW PPS Das lineare Polyphenylensulfid zählt zu den teilkristallinen Werkstoffen und bietet eine sehr hohe mechanische Leistungsfähigkeit in Verbindung mit gleichzeitig ausgezeichneter Wärme- und Chemikalienbeständigkeit (Dauergebrauchstemperaturbeständigkeit bis ca. +150 °C), hoher Dimensionsstabilität und Kriechfestigkeit. Der LOI gehört zu den höchsten unter den Polymeren. Die hervorragende Härte und Steifigkeit sind weitere Merkmale von PPS. Es schließt die Lücke zwischen den teilkristallinen, technischen Kunststoffen und PEEK durch seine Festigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit. PPS-40GF Durch die Verstärkung mit 40% Glasfasern werden Festigkeiten erreicht, die mit Leichtmetallen vergleichbar sind. Dauergebrauchstemperaturbeständigkeit bis ca. +240 °C. 3428 PPS The linear Polyphenylensulfide belongs to the semi-crystalline materials and offers a very high mechanical capacity, thermal- and chemical resistance distinguished at the same time (usual operating temperature up to approx. +150 °C), high dimensional stability and creep strength. The LOI belongs to the highest of the Polymers. By the reinforcement with glass fibres strength is achieved, which is comparable with light metal. PPS closes the gap between the technical synthetics and PEEK with its strength and economy. PPS-40GF The 40% glass fibre reinforced PPS has an improved dimensional stability and higher stiffness which can be compared with light metal applications. Usual operating temperature up to approx. +240 °C.
