The POLYTECH® hose is designed for transferring a wide range of products including food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, even those that are highly aggressive. It is noted for its excellent dynamic resistance.
Characteristics
The hose is available in standard manufacturing lengths of 20 meters. It can be cleaned using CIP products and sterilized at 135°C for up to 30 minutes. For ATEX zone applications, alternative models such as POLYTECH CP® and POLYTECH CC® are recommended.
Composition
The hose features a PFA (fluoropolymer) tube that is inert, ultra-smooth, and non-adherent. It is reinforced with a textile trame and galvanized steel embedded in the wall, and covered externally with blue EPDM, with other colors available upon request.

The product complies with FDA 21CFR 177 1550, USP Physicochemical 661, cytotoxicity test, Hemolysis, USP Class VI, Regulation (EU) 10/2011, and Regulation (EC) 2023/2006. It is tested and qualified by the BNIC and is phthalate-free.
