Advantages The Permolex-Polar Centrifuge range, can process metal swarf and grinding sludge of the usual metal types i.e. steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron or aluminium, produced from turning, milling, drilling, sawing or grinding operations. The recovered coolant (oil or emulsion) can be clarified or purified and be directly returned to the process machines for re-use. Range of application

Function Construction 2 The centrifuge is built on a solid base in which the direct drive motor is attached by means of a flexibly mounted carrier. The centrifuge bowl is directly connected to the drive motor so that a dynamically balanced arrangement is achieved with an out-of-balance working tolerance to allow for load variations. An unbalance switch stops the centrifuge in the event of excessive outof- balance loads.
